Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue using the website and services.

2. Website Usage

The website is provided for lawful purposes, including reviewing services, submitting inquiries, requesting estimates, and scheduling consultations. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

3. Service Agreements

Services are provided according to the applicable written proposal, estimate, work order, or project agreement. Website descriptions and preliminary estimates are informational and do not create a binding service obligation until formally accepted.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, provide reasonable property access, maintain safe working conditions, and communicate relevant changes affecting your project. Delays caused by inaccurate information or restricted access may affect service schedules.

5. Project Scope

The agreed project scope is determined by the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Work outside the original scope may require additional approval, materials, labor, fees, or schedule adjustments before such work begins.

6. Pricing and Payments

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and applicable charges are described in the relevant agreement. Payments must be made according to the stated schedule. Unpaid balances may result in delayed, suspended, or rescheduled project activities.

7. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are based on information available during preparation and may change when actual site conditions, measurements, materials, labor requirements, or project specifications differ from the information originally provided.

8. Scheduling

Project schedules depend on availability, permits, materials, weather, property conditions, and other circumstances. Schedule changes may occur when necessary, and reasonable efforts will be made to communicate delays, adjustments, or rescheduling requirements promptly.

9. Property Access

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to areas where services are scheduled. Locked areas, unavailable access, restricted working spaces, or undisclosed conditions may cause delays, additional costs, or rescheduling.

10. Site Conditions

Existing or concealed conditions may affect project cost, timing, and scope. Hidden damage, structural concerns, moisture, electrical issues, hazardous materials, or other unexpected conditions may require additional assessment, work, or approval.

11. Materials and Products

Materials and products are selected according to project requirements, availability, suitability, and approved specifications. If selected items become unavailable or impractical, reasonable alternative products may be recommended for consideration.

12. Additional Work

Work requested beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges and schedule changes. Whenever reasonably possible, additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding, particularly when it materially affects the original project cost.

13. Scheduling Changes

Clients should provide reasonable notice when requesting appointment or project changes. Rescheduling may affect availability, project completion dates, labor arrangements, or material coordination, and additional charges may apply where specifically permitted by the agreement.

14. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Depending on the project stage, purchased materials, reserved labor, preparation completed, or applicable agreement terms, cancellation charges or payment obligations may remain applicable.

15. Client-Provided Materials

If you provide materials, fixtures, equipment, or products, you are responsible for their suitability, compatibility, condition, and availability. Delays, defects, missing components, or unsuitable products may affect project timing and completion.

16. Workmanship

Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill consistent with the agreed scope and applicable standards. Any specific workmanship warranty, guarantee, repair obligation, or remedy will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

17. Manufacturer Warranties

Products installed or supplied may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Such warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions and may require registration, documentation, inspection, or direct communication with the manufacturer for applicable claims.

18. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for warranties expressly provided in writing, services and website content are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional express or implied warranties, including warranties concerning uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes.

19. Safety Requirements

Work may be postponed, modified, or refused when property conditions present unreasonable risks to workers, occupants, visitors, or equipment. Services may resume after identified hazards are properly addressed and reasonably safe working conditions are restored.

20. Customer Property

You should secure valuable, fragile, or personal belongings before work begins. Reasonable care will be taken during services, but responsibility may be limited where damage results from pre-existing conditions, improper storage, or undisclosed hazards.

21. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve independent contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, technicians, or other third parties. Their services, availability, warranties, and requirements may be governed by separate terms and may be outside our direct control.

22. Website Content

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may include descriptions, photographs, examples, pricing, or service details that change over time. We do not guarantee that every website detail remains completely current.

23. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, photographs, layouts, designs, logos, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use protected content without appropriate authorization.

24. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the website for unlawful activities, submit false information, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, impersonate others, or engage in conduct that threatens users, systems, or service providers.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or services may be limited. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, material shortages, utility interruptions, government actions, transportation problems, or other unforeseen events.

27. Termination Rights

Either party may terminate a project according to the applicable agreement. Services may also be suspended or refused because of unsafe conditions, nonpayment, fraudulent information, serious misconduct, or circumstances that prevent reasonable completion.

28. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to communicate service concerns promptly and seek reasonable resolution before pursuing formal proceedings. Depending on the applicable agreement and law, disputes may be subject to negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings.

29. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be interpreted according to applicable laws governing the services and relationship between the parties. Mandatory consumer protections, statutory rights, and legally required remedies remain unaffected by these provisions.

30. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on the website and become effective as permitted by applicable law.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

32. Entire Agreement

The applicable written service agreement, proposal, estimate, and these Terms & Conditions together describe the understanding governing the requested services. Where provisions conflict, the specific written project agreement may control the relevant project matter.
